EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within this 14-day period by contacting us at admin@lana-rose.com.au with your order details and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

We will issue a full refund — including any standard delivery charges paid — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note: The 10% restocking fee and the "change of mind" exclusion stated elsewhere in this policy do not apply to EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

And for your Terms of Service, add this short line to your governing law section (Section 18):

"Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including EU consumer rights where applicable."

Both are legally grounded in the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Once you've added these, Lana-Rose Fashion will be properly covered for EU customers. 🎉
